TreatSized Return & Refund Policy

Because candy is a food item, we’re unable to accept returns for safety and quality reasons. However, your satisfaction is extremely important to us — and we’ll always make things right if there’s an issue with your order.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Send an email to support@treatsized.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll happily offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase, as we often begin packing quickly to ensure fast shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on any candy or food products.
