Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received. We pack orders quickly to make sure your candy arrives fresh and on time.
During high-volume periods (like holidays), processing time may be slightly longer — but we’ll always do our best to keep you informed.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer flat-rate shipping and free shipping thresholds based on your order total. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 3–6 business days

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather, or location.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Warm Weather & Candy Safety
Some candy can melt in hot weather. During warmer months, we take extra care when packing temperature-sensitive items — but we strongly recommend adding an ice pack to your order to help protect your candy in transit.
If temperatures are above 75°F in your area, we also recommend choosing expedited shipping to reduce transit time.
TreatSized is not responsible for melted candy if standard shipping is selected or if an ice pack is not included with your order.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Shipping Issues
If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed, please contact us at support@candysquish.com. We'll work with the carrier and do everything we can to help resolve the issue.
